Over 200,000 customers are said to have used the product already.
Phen375 is a supplement that’s designed to help you lose weight and get into shape faster. In fact, the official company website describes the product as follows…
“Phen375 is a dietary supplement designed for weight loss and hunger suppression!”
We’ve all seen products like this before, but this one has been around for some time now. The big question, however, is whether or not it really works.
Well, we went in-depth in an attempt to figure that out, and here’s what we found.
What is it?
This product is basically a dietary supplement that was designed to help you lose weight by improving your metabolism and suppressing hunger cravings. As you probably know, losing weight involves cutting your caloric intake and creating a deficit – and Phen375 is basically a product that was designed to help with this process.
What is it supposed to do?
Phen375 is supposed to perform three pretty simple functions. It was designed to increase metabolism, boost your energy levels, and reduce hunger cravings. It’s supposed to perform these functions through the use of highly refined, pharmacy-quality ingredients (which we will take a look at here in just a little while), and is said to be used by over 200,000 customers.
Does it work?
This is the important question – but we were hesitant to give it a big ‘yes’, and here’s why. As always, we did a bit of research to see what other customers thought about this product, and came up with quite a few negative reviews. Granted, there were also some very compelling positive reviews that led us to believe that it does work for some people, but it’s also certainly the truth that some people didn’t see any results with it at all.
It should also be mentioned that, sometimes, negative reviews can tend to be a bit skewed. In some cases, people might report that the product isn’t working, but may not be using it correctly, etc. We understand that this can happen… but still, even with that in mind, we really found a lot of negative reviews for this product – and while it is technically difficult (or impossible) to tell for certain how many of them may have been caused by the customer failing to use the product as directed, it still seemed like a lot to get past.
With that being said, our official stance is this. Yes, Phen375 does work for some people – but the absence of a quality money-back guarantee and the broad range of negative reviews suggest that it might not be the best first-choice.
Complete list of ingredients
Here is our breakdown of the ingredient list for Phen375, which we found on the official company website.
This ingredient is an essential amino acid that’s associated with fat loss, muscle mass, a healthy heart, improved male reproductive health, and better immune system function. It’s included in this supplement to help move stored fat into the bloodstream.
- Caffeine Powder Anhydrous
Anhydrous caffeine is basically dehydrated caffeine. You can buy it in pill or tablet form, and it can also be purchased as a soluble powder. Caffeine is included in this supplement to help reduce hunter pangs and to reduce food cravings.
- Coleus Forskolii Root PE
Coleus Forskolii is basically a chemical found in the roots of a plant called Plectranthus Barbatus. When taken, it has been shown to produce a more powerful heartbeat and helps to widen the blood vessel walls – which contributes to lower blood pressure readings.
- Citrus Aurantium
This is a plant that also goes by the name ‘Bitter Orange’. The peels, leaves, flowers, and fruit are all used to make different medicines, and can be used in a number of different medicinal applications. It’s used in this supplement to help increase metabolism and fat mobilization.
- Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne Pepper has been used extensively throughout the world for its medicinal properties (especially in China and the Americas). It has anti-bacterial properties, promotes heart health, acts as a pain reliever, is helpful for detoxing the body, and is an excellent digestive aid. It’s included in this supplement to help increase your body temperature, which will help you to burn more calories.
- Dendrobium Nobile Extract (from orchids)
Dendrobium is an orchid native to China, Hong King, Vietnam, and tropical Asian/temperate regions. It has long been used in Chinese medicine, and is well-known as a stimulant. It’s included in this supplement to help improve digestion.
What does this mean?
We were pretty impressed with the ingredient lineup, really. L-Carnitine and caffeine are both staple ingredients in products like this – but some of the other ingredients seemed unique to us.
As far as components go, we rather liked what we found in Phen375. It seems like a solid lineup of ingredients – and it’s not surprising that the supplement works for some people.
About the company
It was actually a bit difficult to locate information about this company – but on the terms and conditions page of the official Phen375 website, it says that the site is owned by Phen375 / Shippitsa Ltd.
When we did a search for Shippitsa Ltd., we found this page: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/SC370865.
It seems that Shippitsa Ltd. Is a company registered in Scotland, with an ‘Active’ company status that was incorporated on January 8th, 2010.
The Fountain Business Centre, Ellis Street, Coatbridge, Scotland, ML5 3AA
We were able to find a bit of technical history on this company here: https://www.endole.co.uk/company/SC370865/shippitsa-ltd.
Honestly, though, it was nearly impossible to find anything else – which we found to be a bit of a downside. We always like it when businesses are easy to learn about, and we tend not to care so much for companies that seem ‘secret’ in their origins.
As for Phen375 itself, they have a distribution center listed as their physical address in the USA, which you can find here…
USA Phen375 Distribution Center
3636 N. Buckner BLVD
Dallas, Texas, USA
As far as customer support is concerned, you can actually call the company on the phone at (855) 281-8098, or internationally at 214-446-0158. You can also reach them via a contact form on their official website, which can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page.
As far as their return policy is concerned, we were a bit disappointed with what we found. As far as we understand it, this company really doesn’t allow you to return your products unless they’ve arrived defective, damaged, or missing in some way. There is perhaps a chance that you could get a refund by calling the company and talking to their customer service team, but a money back satisfaction guarantee isn’t a part of their return policy on their site, and it would seem that all sales are final unless there’s some kind of a big problem.
The company does, however, offer what’s called a Quality Guarantee – which basically states that if you do not lose weight within 30 days using their diet plan and the product, you can return it for a full refund – but there are a lot of steps that they require you to go through to make use of this policy, and it simply seems like a big hassle. You even need to visit your doctor to get verification that you haven’t lost weight!!!
This literally blew our minds – that the company would actually require you to visit a certified doctor for verification before giving you your money back for a product that you didn’t like. It almost seems like the only reason this policy even exists is so that they can put ‘quality guarantee’ on the home-page, which is misleading in our opinion.
We would have preferred having no return option and no ‘quality guarantee’ printed on the front page.
Online user feedback
We’ve done quite a bit of research about this product online, and found a mixture of good and bad reviews. Honestly, we found quite a few negative reviews – more than enough to balance out the good reviews we found.
This product certainly does work for some people, but the truth is that A LOT of people are disappointed by it. Some have even called it a scam – though we don’t believe that to be the case. The company and the product seem legitimate – it just doesn’t work for everyone.
Have users reported any side effects?
We’ve heard of some users reporting feeling bloated after using Phen375 – but aside from that, we haven’t really noticed anyone reporting any side effects.
Has this brand been reported to scam sites?
No, we haven’t seen that Phen375 has been reported to scam sites – but we have seen a LOT of disgruntled customers call it a scam. We don’t actually believe this product is a scam, though – it just seems like some customers don’t like it because it didn’t work for them, which is understandable.
The main brand FAQs
Here are some of the main FAQs that we came across while doing our research on this product…

- Over 200,000 customers are said to have used the product already
- There are some positive reviews out there that seem to indicate that some people find quite a bit of success with it
- It’s made in the USA from high quality, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients
- There are quite a few bad reviews for Phen375 online
- The ‘Quality Guarantee’ offered on the website is almost misleading, and requires a literal doctor-visit to get a refund
- There are other products that offer basically the same product, but with a full satisfaction guarantee

GoOkayed Verdict and where to buy
Although we found quite a few negative reviews, we would still like to give this product our stamp of approval, mainly because it’s been around for many, many years and during all this time – of course there is going to be cases where the product hasn’t been effective. The question is, what customers who left those negative comments actually did at a time they took this supplement. Perhaps they were not following instructions, perhaps they ignored the diet or simply sat on their arses all day long hoping or expecting a miracle?
Having said that, we definitely felt like having a quality guarantee on the website was just misleading when it requires a doctor-visit to fulfill. Who would ever go to such lengths just to get a refund on this product? Nobody would – so in essence, the quality is not guaranteed, because fulfilling the needed requirements are simply too complicated and time-consuming/expensive.
We aren’t going to say that this product wouldn’t work. In fact, many customers have reported positive experiences with it. We just didn’t see that much evidence to warrant taking a chance on it – especially when the quality guarantee is simply far too difficult and expensive to follow through with.
There are other comparatively priced products on the market with full money-back guarantees – and we would rather spend our money on those products but you are more then welcome to give Phen375 a try, afterall it’s been around for 10 years.
