Muscle Food Pure Testo Review
If you’re looking for a quality natural testosterone booster then Testo Pure is both, affordable and well-formulated.
MuscleFood is a website that has gained quite a reputation for itself. They sell a variety of different protein-rich products, including fresh meats, supplements, and workout boosters.
But today, we are going to be reviewing Muscle Food’s new T booster – Pure Testo. We were pretty excited to get down to business and see what the buzz was all about.
Here’s what we found.
What is it?
So basically, Pure Testo is a natural testosterone booster manufactured by Muscle Food.
Here’s a brief quote from the official product page that does a good job of talking about the highlights of what this product is supposed to do.
“Muscles need amino acids to build new fibres, that’s why Pure Testo™ Testosterone Booster contains 78% more D-Aspartic acid than you’ll find in other T-booster supplements.”
What is it supposed to do?
According to the official company website, Pure Testo is supposed to help do several things. It’s supposed to…
- Help regulate hormone activity
- Help with the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones
- Maintain normal levels of testosterone within the body
- Create more energy for workouts
- Boost your T levels
- Aid in new muscle growth
So, right away we can see that this product was designed to be a pretty typical testosterone booster – but we also noticed that it packs a lot of ingredients into a small package. The daily dosage is a bit higher than normal (5-6 capsules per day), but with so many ingredients working together to boost the body’s natural T levels, this isn’t surprising.
Does it work?
This is probably the most important question, and here’s what we came up with.
This is a relatively new product, so we couldn’t find a lot of customer reviews for it online (outside of those that were posted on the company website).
But the reviews that we did find looked good.
Next, we reviewed the formulation… and we really liked what we found.
We realize that Fenugreek is, in some people’s opinion, a controversial ingredient for T boosters, because it’s said to keep your testosterone from converting to DHT – but still, with this being said, Fenugreek is still a very highly-regarded natural testosterone booster, and it is supported by a lot of other awesome ingredients in this formulation (Oyster extract, Zinc, and D Aspartic Acid – just to name a few).
It also contains plenty of Vitamin B6, which is awesome!
But does it work?
In the end, we decided that this supplement deserved a pretty big thumbs-up. The customer reviews seemed good, the formulation was impressive, and for the price, you can’t really beat the price. This supplement will cost you less than £1 per day to take, which adds up to some serious value.
A lot of other supplements are just far more expensive.
So yes… while it might not work for everyone, we believe that Pure Testo might do an awesome job for some people, and certainly believe that it’s worth a try.
Complete list of ingredients
- D-Aspartic Acid
This amino acid is regularly used as a testosterone booster for men, and as a temporary T booster for athletes.
- Vitamin B6
This vitamin helps to naturally increase testosterone levels in the human body. In fact, Vitamin b6 and b12 are both vitally important for the production of the testosterone hormone.
Recent research shows that even small deficiencies in magnesium can have a significant negative impact on athletic performance. The mineral is responsible for more than 325 enzymatic reactions within the human body, including some that have to do with the synthesis of body fat and muscular contraction.
Zinc has been proven to boast a number of benefits to the human body – including its ability to help produce a more anabolic state within the muscles. It’s also essential for both the growth and repair of muscles.
This is a weight loss and T boosting ingredient that’s been getting a lot of attention on the muscle-building market lately. It’s been shown to increase serum testosterone levels in the body, and is one of the more ‘common’ ingredients in a lot of testosterone boosting supplements.
- Oyster extract
Oyster extract is extremely popular as a testosterone booster, and for good reason. It contains very high concentrations of bio-available Zinc, though it also contains a number of other trace elements that make it an excellent addition to this supplement. It has also been shown to improve sperm motility and other reproductive functions in lab rats.
- Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 has been shown in studies to enhance cognition. It is interesting to note that up to 42% of those who are elderly have a deficiency of the vitamin – suggesting that it has a significant effect on aging and vitality. It helps to ensure a proper conversion of nutrients to energy, and also helps the red blood cells to carry more nutrients and oxygen throughout the body.
- Vitamin C
This vitamin, also known as Ascorbic Acid, helps to boost the immune system, lower hypertension, increase the elasticity of the skin, and many other essential functions. It also helps to speed up wound recovery, and is a powerful antioxidant that’s used in the synthesis of collagen.
- Vitamin A
Vitamin A is a fat-soluble antioxidant that supports the immune system, promotes normal organ function, and helps the reproductive system.
- Vitamin E
Vitamin E is perhaps most well-known for its ability to protect the body from toxins. It also helps to prevent eye disorders, some neurological diseases, and diabetes. It also fights inflammation, and helps to slow the aging process in the cells.
Iron is mostly found in different proteins and enzymes that help to assist with biological reactions within the human body. Hemoglobin, for example, is a protein responsible for carrying oxygen to the tissues within the body – and it needs iron to function properly.
Bioperine is an ingredient derived from black pepper extract. It is said to contain about 95% piperine, which is most well-known for its ability to increase the ability of the intestine to absorb ingested nutrients – thereby raising the bioavailability of the food you eat.
What does this mean?
We rather liked the formulation of ingredients for this product. The thing that probably stuck out the most to us was that this supplement really packs in most of the big natural T boosters that everyone is talking about today – including D Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek. But it also makes use of some of the less-talked-about ingredients, like Zinc and Vitamin B6 – both of which are awesome for increasing natural T levels in their own ways.
Generally speaking, we really liked the formulation. We felt that there was plenty of diversity here, and see no reason to doubt that the product would work based on the ingredients within it.
About the company
This product is sold by a company called Muscle Food… a company that sells premium nutrition products intended to help people live healthier lives.
Address and history
The physical address given for the company on their website is as follows…
Park Lane, Basford, Nottinghamshire. NG6 0DW
As for a history of the product, the only thing that we really found on the company website pertaining to this is the following excerpt from the product description…
“Developed & manufactured in the UK by Nutritional Specialists.”
As far as shipping is concerned, the company offers next day delivery on most items. From the way it looks, the cost of getting a product shipped from this website is £4.95, unless your order is worth more than £75… in which case, you can get it shipped for free!
As far as a return policy is concerned, they will pretty much just provide a refund if the product is damaged, faulty, or otherwise unfit for consumption upon arrival. They don’t seem to have any sort of a money back guarantee, which is a bit of a shame.
But with that being said, the majority of the reviews were positive, and they seemed real enough… which is a good thing. We saw a few website reviews for the product elsewhere, but not much more in the way of customer reviews, suggesting that it might be bit of a new product.
